Are You Eligible For A Refund?
Telewires provides 3 days money back guarantee in case we failed to give you what we promised with the product you purchase. Telewires does not provide any refunds in case the customer changes his mind or wrongly judged our services/solutions. Telewires advises all customers to consider our services before sending any payment. Telewires does not offer any refund of money at any stage or at any condition once the transaction has been completed or services have been setup. Eligible refunds will be processed and credited to the original mode of payment like PayPal, credit card, debit card, online banking or others.
Refund / Cancellation Process
To raise a refund request, please email us at refund@telewires.com within thirty (30) days of completing your new order.
1. Customers must clearly mention the reason for refund
2. Customer must send the copy of payment receipt to support@telewires.com
3. Eligible Refunds will be provided on pro-rated basis
4. Refunds will only be provided in case of paid orders
5. All payments to Telewires are Non-refundable in case delays/non-delivery of services occurs due to issues at the end of mobile telecom operator
6. Eligible Refunds will be credited within 30 to 45 days from the date of receiving request for refund
